Zenith Child Safety and CSAE Policy

Zenith is for adults 18 and older. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, trafficking, or attempts to use the service to find, share, or normalize that content.

Do not upload, link to, request, describe for sexual gratification, or distribute CSAM or other sexualized content involving a minor. This rule also covers manipulated or AI-generated depictions, sexualized conversation with a minor, and attempts to move exploitation to another service.

Zenith uses preventive submission controls, member reporting and blocking, and review by authorized safety personnel. We may remove material, restrict or terminate accounts, preserve limited evidence when legally required, and report suspected unlawful exploitation to the appropriate authorities or designated reporting organization. We do not promise that automated tools catch every violation.

Report suspected exploitation through the in-app Report flow or to info@zenith-hrx.com. Do not send or forward suspected CSAM to our email. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. We review child-safety reports as a priority and cooperate with lawful investigations.
