Early Adopters Founding Offer Terms

The Early Adopters Founding Offer gives eligible Zenith members promotional access to Pro when other people use their invite code to create separate new athlete accounts. The invited person may choose a Free or paid account; no purchase is required.

What qualifies

A new invited account must be created after the invite code was issued and apply the code within seven days of signup. Its email or phone must be verified, or its identity must be verified through supported Apple sign-in. It must complete adult account onboarding, accept the current Community documents, and complete a genuine activation: publish a reviewed profile, follow an active member, or join an active group where that feature is available. Private training and a purchase are not required.

Both the invited member and the referring member must complete device verification in the Zenith iPhone app. Apple DeviceCheck helps prevent the same device from participating with multiple accounts. Zenith also checks previously used verified identities, including accounts that were recently deleted. A saved invite remains pending and earns no Pro time until all requirements are confirmed. Your offer card explains the remaining steps. A development device check does not qualify.

The same account cannot refer itself or change referrers after applying a code. Duplicate claims do not add credit. Shared devices, recycled phone numbers or other legitimate circumstances may produce a flag; contact info@zenith-hrx.com for review. A provider timeout does not count as successful verification. An unconfirmed device write is preserved for review rather than silently granting a reward or resetting the device check.

Reward and continuing eligibility

One qualifying signup earns 3 months total of Pro. Two earn 6 months total. Three or more earn 12 months total. These are tiers, not additive amounts. The total term is measured from the first qualifying signup. More than three signups do not add months. Your Settings offer card shows the current qualifying count and end date.

If an invitee deactivates or deletes their account, they stop counting immediately. Your term is recalculated from the remaining active qualifying signups; Pro access may end immediately if the revised term has passed. A new-policy account also stops counting if its verified identity becomes unverified or duplicates a previously used identity. Previously earned referrals keep their recorded qualification policy; deactivation and deletion still remove their credit. A deleted invitee cannot qualify again merely by recreating an account. Limited fraud-prevention identity hashes and device-check receipts remain for up to 180 days after deletion; the Privacy Policy explains these records.

The offer has no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or used to alter an App Store purchase. If you already pay for Pro through Apple, this promotional grant does not automatically pause, cancel, refund, or extend that subscription. Manage a paid subscription separately in your Apple account. We may reject fraudulent signups, duplicate-account abuse, or attempts to evade account restrictions. Material future changes to the offer will be communicated before they affect an earned term unless necessary to stop abuse or comply with law.
