Zenith Terms of Service

Zenith is operated by Blooms AI Technologies LLC ("Zenith," "we," or "us"). Contact us at info@zenith-hrx.com. By creating an account or using Zenith, you agree to these Terms and the linked Privacy Policy, Community Standards, Child Safety Policy, and AI Processing Notice.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. Give accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials private, and tell us promptly if you believe your account was compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not create an account for someone else without authority or use multiple accounts to evade a restriction or a promotional limit.

What Zenith provides

Zenith offers a social community for HYROX athletes, optional training tools, and, where available, Pro features. You can participate socially without entering a training plan, measurements, race time, or health data. Free and paid features may change as the service develops, but a paid purchase will be presented with its current price and terms before you confirm it.

Training plans, predictions, metrics, AI explanations, and other content are informational fitness tools. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis, an emergency service, or a guarantee of performance. Consult a qualified professional before changing exercise based on your health or injury history. Stop an activity that causes pain or distress and seek appropriate care.

Your content and other people

You keep ownership of text, photos, video, workouts, and other material you submit. You grant Zenith a nonexclusive license to host, process, reproduce, display, and distribute content only as needed to operate the audience and features you select, apply safety review, and provide the service. You can remove your content or delete your account, subject to limited legal and safety retention described in the Privacy Policy. Content you publish or send to others may already have been seen or copied by them.

Post only material you have the right to share. Respect others' privacy and intellectual property. Your public profile, posts, comments, and Community contributions may be visible to other members; private-account controls limit audiences as described in the app. Saved posts, private training records, and direct messages have their own separate access rules. Do not assume a private message is invisible to a recipient or exempt from reports and safety review.

You must follow the Community Standards and Child Safety Policy. We may hold content for review, limit distribution, remove content, suspend an account, or report unlawful conduct when warranted. You can use the in-app report and block controls or contact info@zenith-hrx.com. We may make mistakes; contact us to request a review of a moderation decision.

Pro, payments, and the founding offer

Any paid iOS subscription is purchased through Apple's in-app purchase flow. The App Store shows the price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation method before purchase. Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple account; deleting Zenith does not itself cancel an Apple subscription. Apple handles purchase refunds under its applicable rules.

The Early Adopters Founding Offer is a separate, no-charge promotional grant of Pro access. It does not create, extend, pause, or cancel an Apple subscription. Its eligibility and changing reward term are explained in the Founding Offer Terms shown in the app.

Service availability and changes

We may update features, security controls, and these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or another reasonable channel before they take effect when required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using Zenith and delete your account.

The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent allowed by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, accuracy of user or AI content, or a particular athletic outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending your account

You can initiate deletion in Settings. Deletion removes your account and associated profile, social content, and private backup from Zenith's active records; external media copies are queued for cleanup. Certain records may be retained only where required for law, safety, fraud prevention, or resolving a dispute, as described in the Privacy Policy. Contact info@zenith-hrx.com if deletion does not complete.
