HYROX Training Plans.
A useful plan connects your current capacity with the race you want to complete. It balances running, station skill, strength and recovery instead of treating every day as a simulation.
Our 12-week race-preparation guide is available now as a complete public starting point. Choose a weekly pattern you can maintain, then adapt the workload to your experience.
Choose Your Plan
For a first race, prioritize repeatable sessions and movement confidence. For a returning athlete, use your own recent sessions or race splits to choose one specific improvement. A schedule that fits your life is more useful than a technically impressive plan you cannot complete.
Running
Combine easy running with a purposeful quality session. Later in the preparation, introduce short run-after-station blocks while preserving easy days. Repeat comparable sessions to see whether pace, perceived effort and recovery are improving.
Stations
Practise the actual movements and division standards, but scale training load and volume to your ability. Station technique, orderly transitions and sustainable repetitions can improve a race without turning every gym visit into an all-out challenge.
Custom Plans With Pro
Zenith Pro is the optional deeper training layer, with custom plan and circuit builders alongside performance tools. A qualifying founding account can reserve 12 months of Pro eligibility; actual activation follows the approved launch process. The website does not activate an Apple subscription.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is 12 weeks enough for everyone?
No single time window suits every athlete. The example assumes you can already train regularly. Allow more time if you need to build a running base or learn the stations, and adjust the plan to your circumstances.
Where should I start if I do not have a race date?
Develop a sustainable weekly routine, practise the stations you can access and use the official calendar to choose a realistic event. You do not need to rush a race booking to start training.
