ZENITH · HYROX RESOURCES
Train for HYROX.
HYROX preparation joins repeated running with functional stations. Train the skills separately, then practise how they fit together under fatigue.
Use the free public guides below to choose a progressive structure. Adapt the examples to your experience, available equipment and race date; the app adds an optional place to save, record and share your training.
Training Plans
A plan should start from what you can repeat consistently, then develop aerobic capacity, running rhythm and station technique. Build recovery into the week and avoid adding harder running and heavy station work at the same time. The 12-week guide explains each phase and gives practical weekly schedules.
Workout Circuits
Select a session for a reason: easy aerobic work, running intervals, station practice or learning to run after a station. Twenty complete sessions include work, recovery and suggested scaling, so you can choose a workout rather than copy an entire race every week.
Running + Stations
The race includes eight 1 km runs. Train sustainable pacing and the transition back into running after functional work. Technique practice should use the current division standards, including the correct loaded sled weights and wall-ball target.
Community Workouts
A workout becomes more useful when an athlete explains the context: why they chose it, how it felt and how they adapted it. Zenith brings those explanations together with photos and videos in a post. Private training is shared only when the athlete chooses.
