HYROX Workouts & Circuits.

Choose the adaptation you need, then choose the session. Running development, station technique and compromised training solve different problems.

The complete workout library includes twenty sessions with work, rest and scaling. Use them within a balanced week rather than stacking the hardest options together.

Twenty Sessions, One Useful Library

Easy aerobic sessions support consistency. Running intervals build pace control. Station sessions develop economical movement. Run–station circuits help you regain rhythm after functional work. Each example has a purpose and an adjustment, so you can train for your current needs.

A Run + Wall-Ball Circuit

One illustrative circuit in the website demo alternates 400 m run, 2 × 30 wall balls, 400 m run and 2 × 30 wall balls, with 60 seconds of recovery after each step. That is 800 m of running and 120 wall balls. It is a sample session, not the official race format or a required workout for every athlete.

Scale the wall-ball repetitions and load so you can maintain technique. Choose an appropriate running effort and stop treating the example as a test if the quality drops.

Progress the Session

Change one demand at a time: volume, pace, station load or recovery. Keep notes about your execution and compare similar conditions. A workout that leaves room for tomorrow’s training may be a better choice than a single exhausting session.

Share the Session Behind the Photo

Explain what you did and why, then attach the workout to your post when app access opens. Photos, videos and workouts together help athletes understand the effort behind the result. Publishing remains an explicit choice.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do HYROX workouts need all eight stations?

No. Most training sessions should target a specific skill or capacity. Full simulations are demanding and should have a clear purpose within your preparation.
