ZENITH · HYROX RESOURCES

Live Record Your HYROX Training.

A HYROX session moves between running and station work. Recording those parts separately can show where your time went and what changed between sets.

Zenith Live Record is part of the native performance experience when app access opens. Explore session structures and preparation guides here, then record your training in the native app when access opens.

Runs + Stations

Keep running and functional work in the same session structure. Consistent lap definitions matter: decide where each segment begins and ends before you compare attempts. A watch mode and a deliberate timing routine can support that consistency.

Session Summary

Read the sequence as a whole. Look at pace control, station time and the return to running, rather than selecting the fastest single split. Recovery and transitions explain part of the session and should not disappear from your notes.

Share When You Choose

Recorded and imported sessions stay private unless you choose to publish them. Connect a workout with photos and videos to give a post context, or keep it for your own preparation. Social membership never requires sharing private training.
