ZENITH · HYROX RESOURCES
Understand Your HYROX Progress.
Your performance is a sequence, not one isolated score. Running, station execution and transitions help explain why two sessions with similar totals can feel very different.
Zenith’s optional performance layer sits alongside your profile and community. The public guides below help you read your own data now, without inventing benchmarks or replacing actual results with a prediction.
Read Your Race Splits
Compare like with like: division, workload, conditions and timing definitions. Look for patterns across the eight runs and stations, then identify one change worth testing. Keep penalties and Roxzone time separate when the source result does.
Track Training Progress
Repeat useful sessions under similar conditions. Record what you changed and how the next run responded, rather than comparing unrelated workouts. A better pace at the same effort or steadier repetitions may be meaningful even before a new race result.
Explore Your Estimated Finish
The public calculator provides a transparent split budget. Native race prediction is a separate deeper feature. An estimate stays an estimate: missing information should stay missing, and a predicted time should never be presented as an achieved result.
Keep the Athlete in the Picture
Content, following and shared progress belong alongside performance. Choose what you publish, explain the circumstances behind a session and keep private training private. Zenith Pro adds depth without making advanced analytics the price of belonging.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are race predictions guaranteed?
No. Predictions depend on input quality and do not guarantee race performance. Actual race results and recorded training remain distinct from projected outcomes.
