ZENITH · FOUNDING 500
Bring Your People to the Beginning.
The best invitation gives someone a useful reason to explore Zenith: a race they are preparing for, a session they want to share or the people they already train with. Start with that shared context, then introduce the dedicated HYROX social network and its verified founding-account signup.
The examples below are editable templates, not messages already sent or endorsements from any club, coach or organizer. Use them for people and channels where an invitation is welcome. Adapt the details to something real, link the resource that helps that audience and let each person create their own account.
What You Are Inviting People to Do
The website is the beginning of Zenith onboarding. An athlete enters an email they control, verifies it and confirms a unique available username. The account and username belong to the same identity the native app will use when access opens. There is no separate waitlist identity to convert into a new account later.
Founding status is assigned after the required verified setup while qualifying places remain. The first 500 qualifying founding athletes worldwide are eligible for twelve months of Zenith Pro. An invitation, a form opening or an unverified desired username does not hold a place. Website registration does not activate an Apple subscription or paid entitlement; actual activation follows the finalized launch process and offer terms.
The social experience stays free. Native access is coming soon, so describe profile building, posts, follows and conversations as the experience athletes are preparing to enter. Public race and training guides can be read now. Do not present an unlaunched group, an empty profile or the illustrative phone demo as a populated member community.
For a Gym or Training Club
Lead with the training community you actually know. A gym can share a useful workout library or preparation guide before asking members to explore an account. Confirm that the club is comfortable distributing the invitation and avoid implying a formal Zenith partnership or official HYROX affiliation that has not been agreed.
Editable invitation: “Our HYROX training does not have to disappear into a group chat after every session. Zenith is building a dedicated social network for HYROX athletes: profiles, photos, videos and the workouts behind them. You can create your verified account and claim an available username now, ready for native access. If you want to explore first, the free training guides include complete sessions with sets, recovery and purpose.”
Use a specific session or an upcoming official race as the reason to share. For a club preparing together, link the relevant verified city guide. Offer resources that members can use without signing up, and leave account creation to each person rather than submitting a club roster or collecting emails on their behalf.
For a City, Race or Community Admin
An existing group has its own rules and relationships. Ask the admin before posting where permission is needed, disclose your relationship to Zenith and explain the resource you are sharing. A specific race guide or doubles checklist is more useful than repeating a launch link across unrelated threads.
Editable invitation: “For athletes preparing for [official race or city], here is a useful starting point: [relevant Zenith race guide]. It links the organizer’s event information and adds preparation resources. Zenith is also building a dedicated HYROX community around athlete profiles and conversations. Verified founding-account signup is open now; the native community opens later. If this fits the group’s rules, members can explore and decide for themselves.”
Replace the bracketed text with a real resource and current event. Do not announce that the group is moving platforms, imply admin support without agreement or claim that its members have joined. Official ticketing, transfers, schedules and athlete waves continue to belong to the organizer.
For a Coach or Session Leader
A coach can help athletes understand the context behind a session: what it develops, how it is scaled and how recovery fits the week. An invitation should complement that relationship. Zenith is a social network with optional performance depth; do not describe it as replacing the coach or automatically importing every athlete’s private training.
Editable invitation: “When you share a training photo, the session behind it matters too. Zenith is being built so HYROX athletes can put photos, videos and a workout in one post, then connect with the people following their preparation. You can create a verified founding account and claim your username now. Keep private training private, and choose which sessions you want to share when native access opens.”
If you share an educational example, explain that it is an example rather than an individual prescription. Publish only material you own or have permission to use. A client list, private check-in, health measurement or unconsented image is not an appropriate growth asset.
For an Athlete or Creator
Invite people with the story you already share: everyday preparation, a race recap or a workout worth discussing. A small audience that cares about the sport can be a stronger starting point than a large generic reach. Say whether you have a relationship with Zenith, and do not claim an official creator role, founder badge or paid benefit that has not been assigned.
Editable invitation: “I’m interested in a home for the whole HYROX story, beyond the finish photo. Zenith is building a dedicated social network where your profile connects photos, videos, workouts and the people behind the sport. Founding-account signup is available now: verify your email and claim an available username. The first 500 qualifying founders worldwide are eligible for twelve months of Pro, under the offer terms. Native access is coming soon.”
Give the audience one clear next step. Share the actual signup or a useful guide, rather than promising a public creator profile that is not yet available. Once real public content and share links exist, use those objects to show the experience. Do not publish empty pages or invented member activity just to create something that looks shareable.
For Your Friends or Doubles Partner
Keep a personal invitation personal. Mention the preparation you share and leave space for the other person to decide. Similar interests do not give you permission to register someone’s email, publish their image or announce their participation.
Editable invitation: “We already share the sessions and race plans. I found Zenith, a HYROX social network being built around athlete profiles, photos, videos and workouts. We can create our own verified accounts and usernames now, then use the same identities when the native app opens. Here is the signup if you want to join me, and a doubles guide that might help with our preparation.”
Each person should verify their own email and claim their own name. If an actual referral code has been issued to your account, use the real supported link rather than inventing a code or implying that it guarantees founder eligibility. An optional invitation is a reason to connect, not a reservation of somebody else’s account or benefits.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does sending an invitation reserve a Founding 500 place?
No. An athlete must complete the required verified account and unique-username steps while qualifying places remain. An invitation, desired name or unverified email does not allocate founder status.
Can I register a group’s members for them?
Each athlete should enter an email they control, verify it and claim their own username. Do not upload a roster, register someone without permission or present a group as already enrolled.
Does claiming the account activate Pro immediately?
No. The website records eligible founding status against the canonical account. Actual Pro activation remains separate and follows the approved launch mechanism and offer terms.
Are these messages being sent automatically?
No. These are public editable examples. This page does not send emails or messages, collect contacts, generate referral codes or make partnership commitments.
Will an invited account connect to the native app?
Yes: verified signup creates the canonical Zenith identity. At native access, sign in with that same email identity. Linking a different identity, such as an Apple private-relay address, requires the supported account-linking path rather than creating a duplicate account.
